These are our Terms of Service. By using TinyCats, you agree to these rules. If you don't agree, don't use the service. It's that simple.
This is a legal agreement between you and Datum, LLC ("we," "us," "our").
TinyCats is a tool that turns complex topics into simple, visual explanations with cute cats. You ask a question, we generate a comic. You can share it, download it, and look like a genius. That's it.
You agree not to use our service to generate content that is:
We have zero tolerance for this stuff. If you break these rules, we'll block you and remove your content. No questions asked.
You own the questions you ask. The explanations and images we generate for you are yours to use, share, and download.
However, by using the service, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute the content you generate. Why? Because we need these rights to operate the service—to save your explanation, give you a shareable link, and display it to others.
We are not responsible for the content you create. The AI can be weird sometimes. You are responsible for what you generate and share.
We own the TinyCats brand, logo, website design, and all the other stuff that makes our service unique. You can't use our branding without our permission. Don't be that person.
We provide TinyCats "as-is." We don't make any warranties about its reliability, accuracy, or availability. Sometimes the cats get tired, and the service might go down. Sometimes the AI says something dumb. It happens.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties. Your use of the service is at your own risk.
We are not liable for any damages—direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential—that result from your use of our service. If you get into trouble for sharing a cat comic that explains something incorrectly, that's on you.
We can terminate or suspend your access to TinyCats at any time, for any reason, without notice. If you're being a jerk, we'll do it. If we shut down the service, we'll do it. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We might update these terms. If we do, we'll change the "Last Updated" date at the top. By continuing to use the service after we post changes, you agree to the new terms. It's up to you to check for updates.
